We're based in Mont Kiara and dispatch technicians across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including PJ, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cheras and Ampang.

During office hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–9PM, Sat 10AM–6PM) we can usually get a technician out same-day. Outside those hours, including Sundays, we still take emergency calls.

Most single-unit chemical washes take around 45–90 minutes, depending on the unit and how dirty it is. Multi-unit or commercial jobs take longer.

Someone needs to be present to provide access to the unit, but you're welcome to carry on with your day while the technician works.
